Cancelling an approved holiday
To cancel a holiday that has already been approved.
As a Manager
- Go to the leave planner tab
 - Go to the approvals tab
 - Make sure you are viewing the correct team in the top right
 - Type the users name in the search box
 - This will filter their leave (make sure you have approved leave ticked in the filter box below the search)
 - Choose the leave wish to cancel and tap delete on the leave
 - This will send a cancellation email to both the user and the manager
 
As a user
- Go to the leave planner tab
 - Tap the "My Leave" tab
 - On the left hand side choose the leave you wish to cancel
 - Tap the edit pencil
 - Then tap the "Delete Holiday Request" button
 - This will send a cancellation email to both the user and the manager
