Cancelling an approved holiday

To cancel a holiday that has already been approved.

As a Manager

  1. Go to the leave planner tab
  2. Go to the approvals tab
  3. Make sure you are viewing the correct team in the top right
  4. Type the users name in the search box
  5. This will filter their leave (make sure you have approved leave ticked in the filter box below the search)
  6. Choose the leave wish to cancel and tap delete on the leave
  7. This will send a cancellation email to both the user and the manager

As a user

  1. Go to the leave planner tab
  2. Tap the "My Leave" tab
  3. On the left hand side choose the leave you wish to cancel
  4. Tap the edit pencil
  5. Then tap the "Delete Holiday Request" button
  6. This will send a cancellation email to both the user and the manager
